How do you set shipping charges?

Our shopping cart provides standard rates based on total purchase price as follows:

Product Total                        Shipping

$0- $25                                  $9.99

$25-$50                                 $13.99

$50-$100                               $17.49

Over $100                             $20 Flat Rate

Please note, some items may have exceptions which will be noted prior to checkout. Shipping will be added as a noted fee.
